Lucas Gusher Industrial Complex, a subsidiary of Red Bear Industries, Inc., operates a business/industrial area comprised of about 32 acres. The site is approximately 1 1/2 miles off of US Hwy(s) 69, 96 & 287 (Cardinal Drive) on West Port Arthur road in Beaumont, Texas. Our complex is centrally located to both the Port of Beaumont, the Port of Port Arthur and all of the major petro-chemical refineries in the tri-city metroplex (Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange) area. Our site is about 6 miles north of the new, 350 acre Port Arthur Business Park currently under construction. Additionally, we are 30 miles west of the Lake Charles/Sulphur industrial areas and 80 minutes east of Houston, Texas and the Port of Houston.
Our site has indoor warehousing/service facilities as well as hard-surfaced outdoor storage areas available in increments of 1/2 acre and up. Currently, all of our built-out space is occupied; however, we still have about 5 acres of surface storage available for lease to companies that need heavy, outside storage with a hard working surface. We also have available to our tenants a crane, a forklift and a yard tractor that can be utilized on any hourly basis for your convenience.
As an added benefit, we have just completed the acquisition of an additional tract that allows an alternate access to Hillebrandt Road.
